Two Thousand Shows. Zero HR Complaints.
Most event planners have heard a story about a corporate comedian who went sideways. Material that did not fit the room. A performer who showed up unprepared. A Monday morning nobody wanted to have.
Danny has been doing this for over 20 years. He has performed at holiday parties, awards banquets, sales conferences, employee appreciation events, and client dinners for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 manufacturers to United States Air Force bases. The material is clean, the preparation is thorough, and the track record is simple: zero HR complaints across more than 2,000 shows.
That is not a marketing claim. That is a career.

What Every Corporate Event Gets
Material Built for Your Room
Before Danny builds the set, he asks questions. About your company culture, your audience makeup, your industry, and what the night needs to feel like. The result is a performance that feels like it was made specifically for your event because it was. Industry references, company culture nods, and custom callbacks to the evening are all part of the process.
Clean Comedy that is actually funny
Clean does not mean safe and forgettable. It means material that is genuinely funny within parameters your entire audience can enjoy, from the summer intern to the CEO's spouse. Getting a mixed corporate room to completely lose it over something nobody could possibly object to is harder than it looks. It is also the only kind of comedy worth delivering at a corporate event.
Professional From First Call to Last Laugh
Clear communication before the event. Early arrival. A thorough sound check. Seamless collaboration with your AV team. Danny handles the logistics so you can focus on your guests. He shows up ready to perform, not ready to ask questions that should have been answered a week ago.

Need someone to run the whole evening?
A comedian who can also host the program is one of the most underutilized tools in a corporate event planner's kit.
Danny has hosted award ceremonies, sales conferences, annual galas, and one of the largest events of his career: the Missouri Special Olympics Opening Ceremonies at Truman State University in front of 3,000 athletes, families, and dignitaries.
When you hire Danny as your emcee, the full evening is handled. Transitions between speakers. Award recipient introductions. Sponsor acknowledgments. The program is running twelve minutes late. The slide that will not load. The gap nobody planned for.
Danny fills every one of those moments cleanly, professionally, and without making the event planner feel it.

What Corporate Emcee Work looks like.
The room energy stays consistent from the opening welcome to the final handoff. Speakers are introduced with context, not just a name and a title. Transitions move quickly and do not let the crowd disconnect. Unexpected moments are handled with the kind of calm that only comes from doing this in real rooms for two decades.
One Performer. Two Roles. One Less Thing to Coordinate.
When Danny handles both the comedy set and the emcee duties, the evening has a single consistent voice from start to finish. No handoff between a host and a headliner. No tonal inconsistency between segments. One person who knows the room, knows the program, and knows how to hold both together.
Serving clients in the Midwest and nationwide

Corporate Comedy Questions
How far in advance should I book Danny for a corporate event?
For holiday party season and peak spring gala dates, six months out is not too early. For other events, three months is usually workable. The earlier you reach out, the more time both sides have to prepare something that actually fits.
Can Danny perform for a large corporate audience?
Yes. Danny has performed for corporate audiences ranging from small team events of 50 to large conference general sessions and gala evenings of 1,000 or more. Room size and configuration are discussed during the booking process.
Does Danny perform at events outside of Louisville and Indianapolis?
Yes. Louisville and Indianapolis are his primary markets but Danny books corporate events, conventions, and fundraisers nationally. If your event is outside the Midwest, that conversation is worth having.
Can Danny handle both the comedy set and the emcee duties at our event?
Yes, and this is one of the most requested configurations for corporate events. See the full emcee page for details on how that works.
